Kilohana United Methodist Church Invitation to Safe Falling Presentation on Oct 8

What is safe falling? It means falling in a way that protects your head from injury, and minimizes broken bones!

The best way to achieve “safe falling”, is NOT to fall at all. But as we all know, falls do happen in unexpected ways and times especially as we age and lose muscular strength and balance.

In this presentation at Kilohana UMC, Norm Kumura and Bill Doi, with Kupuna Aikido will explain and demonstrate techniques utilizing common sense

principles that you can use to minimize injury or death if you fall. The presentation will focus on what to do if you fall as well as provide pointers on fall prevention.

They will give a 1-hour presentation free of charge immediately after church service on Sunday, October 8 at 11:00 AM.

Please join us for 1-hour that might save you a

whole lot of grief! You can check them out at their website

Feel free to invite your relatives, friends and neighbors to attend with you.
