CREATION CARE

Are you intrigued by the ministry of Creation Care but arenʻt sure where to start? Have you done what you can to reduce, reuse, and recycle and want to know what else is possible? Do you believe that you honor God when you take care of what God has created?

If you answer yes to any of these questions, please join Rev. Jenn during the season of Lent. She will be leading an adult formation curriculum developed by The Episcopal Church called “Love God, Love Godʻs World.”

This reading- and film-based curriculum will meet every Sunday in Lent for about an hour. The goal of the curriculum is to engage participants to be:

•  "comfortable speaking about their faith, care of creation, and climate change; 
• personally transformed and invited into different levels of personal and collective engagement on creation care and eco-justice; 
• and confident about where to find creation care and eco-justice resources.”

Resources will be available online to be engaged during the week prior to Sundayʻs discussion-based session.

A Poetry Series with Dan Muenzer

“Epiphanies: Encountering Christ

through Poetry.”

Dan Muenzer's poetry series is going well!

On February 2nd they discussed “God’s Grandeur” by Gerard Manley Hopkins and it was great to hear everyone’s contributions.

They will be meeting at same time each Sunday -- 10:45am, after coffee hour.

There will be two more meeting in the series;

come as you are -- no homework required!
