District 1-F Convention Deadlines
The 2020 District 1-F Convention is fast approaching. This year's convention will be held March 13-15 at the Renaissance Chicago North Shore in Northbrook, IL.
UPCOMING DEADLINES:
Hotel room discount cutoff date: Feb. 20th. After the cutoff date, regular room rates will apply. Hotel reservations at the Renaissance Chicago North Shore should be made in advance via phone by calling (800) 468-3571 or online by visiting this link. Be sure to tell them you are with the Lions District 1-F 2020 Convention. The Convention rate is $99 per night plus tax. Reservations must be made by Feb. 20 to receive this special room rate.
Convention registration: Feb. 20th to March 3rd — $99 Package (Registration fee, Saturday lunch, Saturday Banquet & Sunday Breakfast). You can take care of your registration online here. Advance registration with no meals is $20.
Advance Convention Registration Cutoff Date: As of March 4th, the convention registration fee (no meals) is $25, payable at the door.
Convention Proceedings book deadline for all materials (President letters, advertisements, etc.) is today.
