Make Yourself Available to Members

We would like to remind you that the Provider Handbook includes specific time frames for appointment access and availability based on the member's needs.

If you have changes to your hours of operation or demographic information, make updates through CAQH. If you have questions, call the National Provider Service Line at 800-397-1630 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.

Form 1099 on the Way

Tax season is in full swing! Beacon has sent IRS Forms 1099 MISC and INT to provider pay-to vendor addresses.

If you were issued total payments of $600 or more in 2018, you will receive one or more tax documents from Beacon's legally recognized entities.

If you have questions, call our 1099 Hotline at 703-390-4936 and leave a message. Our Finance Department will return your call within three business days.

NY Providers :

Preceptorship for Substance Use Providers and Hepatitis C

The New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute is partnering with Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) to host a hepatitis C (HCV) preceptorship program targeting substance use providers and addiction specialists.

This program aims to increase capacity in substance use treatment programs to provide on-site HCV treatment to those most likely living with the disease.
