Alison Silgardo Leads Senior Inequality Panel at COSCO Conference

As a proud new member of COSCO (Council of Senior Citizens’ Organizations BC), CEO Alison Silgardo was honoured to be invited to moderate a panel discussion on Understanding Inequality for Seniors in BC at this year’s conference in October. It was an enlightening discussion full of shocking statistics.

Too many seniors in our community are left out in the cold—sleeping in cars, couch-surfing, or facing eviction. Our Home for the Holidays Campaign is on a mission to raise $100,000 to provide safe, stable housing and support services for those who need it most.
