What is your favorite part about the B'ville community?
The connectedness and pride of the local community; people love this place and are willing to give their time and talents to make it thrive and continue to improve in so many ways. From local restaurant owners, to shops, and beyond there are just so many people that give back to B’ville to make it such a nice place to live, work, and play!
What do you see for your business in the next five years?
Continue to improve how we provide service to our clients and integrate artificial intelligence to enhance what we are able to do. Continue to grow and expand, we have acquired a few smaller local agencies, so we are always looking for new opportunities.
What has been your most satisfying moment in operating your business?
For me personally, the most satisfying moments in this business are when clients have a claim and have all the coverage that they need. There is one specific client who had switched to me several years ago from another auto insurance company. They had a bad car claim that wasn’t their fault and the other driver only had state minimum $25,000 for bodily injury liability. My client with his prior company had $100,000 of coverage for what this claim was, however when I switched them I increased it to $1,000,000 because they own multiple properties and assets. To date our policy has paid them over $1,300,000 for the injuries, had they not switched to me that would’ve cost them a ton of money out of pocket or potentially selling off assets.
What super power would you like to have?
Teleportation! I am always on the go from one thing to the next, the ability to get anywhere in an instant would save a lot of time!
