2021-2022
From The Principal's Desk
Dear Blossom Hill Families:

I am excited to share our new Kindergarten Schedule for the 2022-2023 school year. Team LGUSD is thrilled to be offering this extended day schedule for our youngest learners.

All K-5 classes will start at 8:10am and Kindergarten will be dismissed at 1:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Kindergarten students will be released at 11:55am on Wednesdays.

Please save the date for the upcoming Kindergarten Orientation on April 27th at 1:00pm.

We are also excited to share that Lexington Elementary School will offer the LGUSD Transitional Kindergarten program in the fall and follow the International Baccalaureate framework. TK classes will begin at 8:10am, but there will be a “soft start” for any families commuting from downtown. TK will also end at 1:30pm, except for Wednesdays when they will be dismissed at 11:40am. There will be a TK Parent IB Information Night on April 6th, from 6-7:30 pm at Lexington and a TK orientation on April 27th at 1:00pm.

I encourage you to share this information with any families that are new to our learning community.
In education together,
Lisa Reynolds

Fun Fridays Organizer Needed!
Do you have a talent for organizing? Fun Fridays has received many generous donations of games and activities from Blossom Hill families. Now we need to get them organized so that they are easily accessible for students. Please email [email protected] if you have time to help organize the Fun Fridays supplies. (This can be done at a time that is convenient for you.)
