2020-2021
From the Principal's Desk
Dear Blossom Hill Families,

Together, we successfully made it to the last day of March! April is sure to be a busy month in LGUSD. As you know from Superintendent Johnson’s recent email, we remain laser focused on supporting students and adhering to the following:
  • Minimizing the number of changes and disruptions in schedules.
  • Increasing the amount of in-person instruction across the district through a number of strategies, including the possibility of combining cohorts.

Keeping our students engaged and connected to school, classmates, and teachers is our priority. There is a special board meeting tomorrow, Thursday, April 1 at 4:00 p.m. An update to the community will be provided on Friday via email along with OnRamp #2 information. Please continue to read all email correspondence carefully as our timelines are important.

With Spring Break next week, may you enjoy this gorgeous California weather safely with your family. I look forward to school resuming on Monday, April 12.
In education together,
Lisa Reynolds

Kudos Corner
Today Blossom Hill students were treated to a Virtual Author's Fair with Eric Kimmel. Mr. Kimmel read some of his fantastic stories, including Anansi and the Moss Covered Rock and Why Worry? and gave insight into how the stories developed and changed into their final form. Mr. Kimmel entertained our students with his charm and expertise, spending extra time to answer many wonderful questions from our students. Great gratitude to Francine Shore and Amy Grespan for arranging for Eric Kimmel to visit us during library time today. If anyone didn't get their questions for Mr. Kimmel answered, please email your questions to Mrs. Grespan at [email protected].
Yearbook Photos Submission Deadline is April 2nd!
Attention Blossom Hill Families

We need your help! This has been a year unlike any other. It is important for our students to have special memories to look back on and to celebrate their strength and resiliancy. Please help us capture the highlights of this virtual year by submitting your photos to the yearbook using your Treering account. We would prefer photos without masks so we can see your children's beautiful faces.

Photos can be taken outside of school or at home:
  • Students wearing Blossom Hill shirts showing school spirit.
  • Students showing off their talents (posing next to their artwork and/or projects).
  • Students conducting science projects.
  • Students participating in electives (PE, Art, Music, library etc.).

How to submit:
If you need help uploading photos, please watch this video tutorial:
Note: This year, the 2 Custom Pages are FREE. The pages are personalized by you and are printed ONLY in your book. If you need help customizing your yearbook pages, please watch this video tutorial:
