One year ago, we launched our Generations Initiative with the vision to "Honor Our Past and Invite The Future." Through your faithful generosity and commitment to God's calling, we have pledged an amazing $9.7 million, with over half already given within the first 12 months. A true testament to the power of a congregation united in love for God and one another.

Now comes the exciting part – seeing our vision become reality!

I want to personally invite you to our Generations Project Roll-Out, where we will unveil the current project renderings, share timelines, and give you an inside look at what's ahead for our beloved church home. This is truly an exciting time in our church family!

Come join us as we celebrate what God is doing in our midst. Let's gather together as we continue to honor the past and invite the future!

Looking Forward,

Blake

Baptism Sunday, June 29

Baptism Sunday is coming up on June 29, and we’d love to talk with you about taking this important step of faith. Whether you’re ready to be baptized or just want to learn more about what baptism means, we’re here for you. Reach out this week—we’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey!

Hey there! Since you're already enjoying the convenience of our email newsletter, did you know you can help us even more by going fully paperless? Some people still get both the print and email versions of The Bell, and while we're happy to keep you in the loop either way, opting for email only can make a real impact.

  • Did you know we spend over $7,000 a year on postage alone? When we factor in the costs of paper, printing, and labor, that amount nearly doubles.
  • By going paperless, you’ll help us be better stewards of our resources.
  • You’ll still receive the same great content, complete with clickable links and updates delivered straight to your phone, tablet, or computer.

Ready to make the switch?

To go fully paperless, click the button below:

Or email Kate with your name and email at info@snydermbc.com

Thank you for helping our church family stay connected while being mindful of our resources and saving a few trees along the way!

Volunteer with VBS!

There’s still time to sign up to serve during Vacation Bible School week — June 23–27, when hundreds of kids from our community will be here to learn about Jesus! It’s a fun-filled week packed with energy, excitement, and eternal impact.

Camp Snyder Supply Needs

Help us transform Snyder into a full-on campsite! We’re looking to borrow the following items for the week of VBS:

  • Camping chairs
  • Fishing poles
  • Tackle boxes
  • Coolers
  • Canteens

Label items with your name and contact information, and drop it off at the Church Office starting today. We’ll get it back to you after June 27.

Adult Day Trip!

Whether you’re a longtime fan of country classics or just love a good time with great friends, this is a trip you won’t want to miss!

Tickets are $20 – available now in the Church Office. Payment is required at the time of registration, and spots are limited!

Summer Reading Club!

Join our Summer Reading Program from June 1 to August 31 — open to all ages! This year’s theme invites you to “Camp Out with a Good Book” and enjoy stories under the stars.

Reading Goals:

  • Adults & Youth: Read at least 8 books
  • Grades 4–6: 15+ chapter books

Happy reading!

Sponsor Gifts for Mission of Hope Children – Due July 6

If you sponsor a child through Mission of Hope International, now is the time to send in your gift! The cost depends on where your student attends school:

  • Bondeni: $40 for a new school uniform
  • Chumani: $24 for a tracksuit
  • High school or other school: $35 for a food basket

Please mail or bring a check to the Church Office or give online by selecting "Kenya Gift Catalog" and writing “sponsorship gift” in the memo line.

Deadline: July 6

We also hope to give each child a photo of their sponsor! You can drop off your photo with Susie Reeder or email it to her at susier@snydermbc.com.

We’ll deliver the Bondeni and Chumani gifts during their field trip. Although we may not see the high school students in person, they will still receive your gift and photo.
