Dear Regalia Residents, 2024 is upon us and being in South Florida this time of year is the ultimate place to be. January & February in South Florida is a peaceful month in Florida with lower crowd volumes and much-deserved rest after the busy holiday season. The temperature is consistently cool and dry, so activities like touring the Everglades, playing a round of golf, or taking a healthy walk on the breezy beach is the best time of the year. Our Spa Concierge will be happy to assist you with tickets and exclusive VIP experiences.

REGALIA ON THE OCEAN IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS New Doors Installation- New replacement doors are being manufactured for some of the units that were found to have defects from the manufacturer. Balcony Railing Caps Installation-In process, 97% completed. Regalia Painting, Stucco Repair and Waterproofing Project- Currently working on the roof.

GRAND OPENING OF THE REGALIA COFFEE BAR

This month, we have excellent news for coffee lovers. On Thursday January 25th, the Grand opening of the Regalia Coffee Bar took place in the Club Room on the 2nd Floor.. On this day, several residents joined us and enjoyed a bakery stand as a grand opening welcome. The technical staff of the Coffee machine gave a demonstration of its operation to the residents and Regalia staff. We invite you to enjoy a delicious espresso, cappuccino, vanilla latte, coffee mocha, latte, hot chocolate, coffee americano, macchiato, and tea in the club room on the second floor.

ART WYNWOOD February 14th @ 11:00am Art Miami One Herald Plaza (NE 14th Street & Biscayne Bay), Miami, FL 33132 Greater Miami & Miami Beach is a dynamic cultural destination any time of year, with a slew of contemporary art galleries, state-of-the-art museums and the famous murals in the Wynwood Arts District. Art Wynwood was established in February 2012 over President’s Day Weekend by the same team that produces Art Miami during Miami Art Week.  In 2024, Art Wynwood will be held from February 14-18 at One Herald Plaza overlooking Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami. The show will be held in collaboration with the Miami International Boat Show, which will have yachts docked at the adjacent marina over President’s Day Weekend, promising a dynamic atmosphere for patrons of the arts as well as the great outdoors.

Inter Miami CF announced today that it will host Argentine team Club Atlético Newell’s Old Boys in a preseason match on Thursday, February 15 at DRV PNK Stadium. Tickets for the general public will be available starting at 2 p.m. ET on Tuesday. The Club previously announced two matches of the international tour with two matches in the Riyadh Season Cup in Arabia (January 29 against Al-Hilal and February 1 against Al Nassr), a match in Hong Kong against the Hong Kong Team on February 4, and a match in Tokyo against J1 League champions Vissel Kobe on February 7.

FULL MOON YOGA On the beach by Trump International Beach Resort 18001 Collins Avenue February 24th from 6pm - 7pm Join us for a rejuvenating yoga class under the full moon! Meet us on the beach by Trump International Beach Resort on Saturday, February 24th at 6pm. Participants must bring their own yoga mat.
