Brent Hiken
Brent is a consummate professional at the X in the MLL and in the college coaching ranks. As one of the best technical instructors in the business, Brent has helped to craft some of the best faceoff play in MIAA and NCAA lacrosse. As an NCAA Champion and MLL Champion, Brent knows the finer points of what it takes to become a dominant faceoff midfielder and that experience comes through in his coaching as the Best of Baltimore have been lining up to learn from Brent since his college days playing for Coach Rualo and Coach Furshman. "No one does the things we do at FBU, being a college coach and having to build in specialty training to be competent not to mention dominant is a challenge that only college coaches can bring to the table when developing midfielders at the X!"

Coach Rualo
Where
science & technology meet
training & coaching... there sits Coach Rualo. As the only Professional Scientist in the Faceoff Training Industry, Coach Rualo has become a guru of technical execution & strategy at the X. Over the last decade, Coach Rualo has scaled his expertise in the coaching ranks from Youth to the MIAAs through the College game and to the World Games. As a Genomics Expert, Coach Rualo has applied physics, geometry and biomechanics to all aspects of the faceoff and is considered to be the foremost expert on wing scheme & strategy. "Faceoff technique is all about body mechanics and leverage i.e. science & you can't argue with that... trust me, I'm a scientist!"

JJ Miller
As the most dominant faceoff midfielder to ever attend Messiah, JJ would carry on that type of success in the Pros ultimately winning an MLL Championship as a member of the Bayhawks. JJ's short foray into Pro Lacrosse comes by way of graduate studies as lacrosse is fleeting but intellect is something you craft over a lifetime. As such, JJ is one of the smartest faceoff coaching experts in today's game. Before JJ plays again in the Pro League he'll likely have a few students under his tutelage being drafted to the MLL to compete against at the conclusion of his graduate school studies. "I'm currently fluent in five languages but being fluent in the language of the Faceoff X takes more than pure academia as mind, body and spirit have to culminate in a draw for the utmost in success."

Greg Furshman
Greg is one of the rare 2-way midfield faceoff experts in the Faceoff Training Industry. A standout at midfield during his time at Stevenson...on the scoreboard and at the X. Greg soon became one of the games most successful Faceoff & Midfield Coordinators under Coach Paul Cantabene ultimately winning an NCAA Championship & becoming the most successful Coach-Player tandem in DIII during Brent Hiken's tenure as a player at Stevenson University. "In today's game, you have to be able to faceoff and play midfield... ground balls, O & D, transition play ensuing from the 50-50 draw now that you can't carry the ball in the back of the stick shifts our focus at FBU from making the most dominant FOGOs to making the most prolific 2-way Faceoff Mids!"
