Greetings Friends!
Well, as I was screaming down the Back of Bell mountain and then the face of Bell a a few times last Tuesday, I said to myself - this is the best ski day of the season! The recipe for a perfect ski day!

No doubt there were plenty of skiers and boarders who described their ski days this past week as “the best day ever.” Especially this past Tuesday after a snowstorm piled powder higher than half a foot.

We are in an astounding snow cycle: Aspen enjoys 4th straight month of above-average snowfall. If this is climate change in the Aspen Valley, then GREAT! Our weather geek thinks this could continue into May. This definitely brings out the joy! It also saves our summer with plenty of water runoff, and fends off the fires.

WINTER X GAMES was a great success last weekend with nearly 100 of the world's top winter athletes with a total of 68,100 spectators. The ski mountains were nice and empty because Buttermilk was

REAL ESTATE UPDATE

We have two strong months left in our ski and real estate season. If you have any desire to quietly list your property, now is the time. The contract just went hard on one of my favorite properties that never went in the MLS. It was “listed” at $23,500,000 and both the Sellers and Buyers are very happy with the deal. I have a few more in my pocket, so please let me know if you are looking to move up or down!!
