Today's News from Denise and Tammy

Dear Parents,

Happy Yom Ha'atzmaut! We had fun celebrating Israel's Independence Day with all of you this morning! A fun activity that you may want to incorporate into your day/week, would be to make Israeli food with your child to have for lunch or dinner. Some ideas are hummus and pita, Israeli salad, burekas, halvah, Israeli couscous, falafel, etc (many of these items can easily be bought ready-made as well).

It was wonderful to see some of you in our Music, PE and Hebrew classes over the last three afternoons. We hope that you enjoyed the activities. Zoom information is included in your weekly Zoom class email. Please let us know if you would like to participate but another time would be preferable. If we receive many requests for a different time of day, we are happy to make adjustments.

We hope you and your children enjoyed the online postcard that was sent from our entire faculty. We are linking the photo to this email in case you would like to print it out for your child.

Please keep safe and healthy and we look forward to being all together again soon!

Warm Regards,
Denise and Tammy
