Although today's PGG mentions the scenario in NYC from almost two years ago, my guess is that wherever you are you've likely been experiencing some extreme weather, most likely on the upper end of the thermometer.

Add to that high humidity in many places for days on end of this worldwide heatwave, on top of the global figurative heat firing up in politics, the economy and healthcare etc., it's a lot all at once. Without the right tools and perspective, it might feel like you're actually living in a pressure cooker!

And this likely applies to your personal life as well, because the micro is reflected in and affects the macro and vice versa. But there's always a method to the Universe's madness and ways to make times like these as productive and healing as can be on whatever level and area of life is asking for attention. What part of your life is heating up or has been stagnant and needs to be hosed down or shifted? This is not always fun or graceful process, but sometimes it's the only thing that works to snap us out of deeply ingrained patterns in our lives and relationships.

Therefore, now would be a good time to double down on things like journaling, as the more you put yourself in an introspective, self-reflective state the more you provide fertile ground for profound insights and breakthroughs, and in a way are more prepared for/expecting them. You can also use movement and sound to release and realign stagnant energy in your body that can not be accessed through your mind.

Today's essay references these themes, and is also timely because I just found out that Beyonce released her long-awaited new album today lol! This was not planned nor I am even close to being a part of her "Beyhive," it's just how synchronicity works.... and a perfect track to shake your booty to right now is the PGG Vibe of the Week, Break My Soul :)
