The Session of Williamsburg Presbyterian Church named Mary Jean Stuckey Holt, Elder Emeritus of Williamsburg Presbyterian Church, in appreciation for her dedicated years of service to Jesus Christ and this church.
We are thankful for Mary Jean. She has served faithfully as a Youth Advisor, Committee Chair, Homecoming Committees, Deacon and as an Elder within Williamsburg Presbyterian Church, providing spiritual guidance, support, and care to our congregation;
She is a valued member and long-time chair for the Congregational Care Committee, where she was instrumental in organizing the Casserole Ministry, Caring Cooks, and shepherd program, where she delivered meals to our members who were sick, after a death or for a celebratory occasion,
She has also shown leadership hosting Ginger Snappers and opening her home to luncheons for our church members.
She has used her God given talents to provide and arrange flowers for the Communion Table and centerpieces for our Williamsburg Presbyterian events, as well as cleaning brass, windows, and doors before special events to make Williamsburg Presbyterian Church look beautiful.
