CONDITIONING FOR CIRCUS

This is a conditioning class for anyone who wants to stay in shape for circus or just get in a good overall workout. No equipment or experience is required.

CORE STRENGTH
with Elena Panova
Through a series of floor exercises, students improve their body alignment, abdominal strength, low core activation, and shoulder stability.

ACROBATIC CONDITIONING
with Xiaohong Weng
A head-to-toe workout class. From warm-up to stretching, upper body to core strength, using handstand and headstand as part of a conditioning workout.
