A Message from Dr. Hilton

Dear Bradfield Families,

Saturday was a night to remember at the Bradfield’s Millennial Centennial Auction. It was so great to see everyone dressed up in 80s & 90s characters and fashion trends. Your generosity continued to shine through as you raised your bids to support your children’s school. Bradfield flourishes on parent power, and we definitely felt the power of your support throughout the evening. A special thank you to the auction chairs Caitlin Bonner, Lauren Calano, Courtney McCauley, Missy Peck, and Medley Turner and committee members for making the auction a night to remember for the Bradfield community. It was truly an amazing night!

Bradfield Dads Club hosted a Dad-Daughter Breakfast this week, where Coach Bailey and the Lady Scots shared their words for success. It was wonderful to have representation from all of the different athletic groups such as volleyball, soccer, softball, and water polo. Our Lady Broncos enjoyed getting to visit with the Scots and asked for their autographs. Thank you, Dads Club for making this possible. We all had a great time!

As always, I hope you all are having an amazing weekend, and I will see you at the front door tomorrow morning.

Kindly,

Dr. Aimee Hilton

A Message from our PTA President, Kamela Aboussie

Dear Broncos,

I am still riding high from all the fun last night, and I’m laughing about all the funny costumes! 80’s and 90’s forever!! If you slept in (then I am jealous) and missed our email earlier today, all things Silent Auction and a big thank you to our auction team can be found here.

Coming up this week we are celebrating a very special day for our Third Graders. If you’ve had a third grader already, you know, and if you haven’t yet you are in store for a great treat. Biography Day is so special. It’s a beautiful blend of historical education and a sweet, sentimental production. Most importantly, it seems these third graders grow years in a single morning. It is a monumental leap in confidence as students, most for the first time, present a memorized solo speech in front of an audience. It’s the most I’ve cried (happy tears!) at a Bradfield event.

Biography Day has been around for decades at Bradfield. I dug up some darling photos below from 1990.

Enjoy your evening, thank you SO much for coming and making last night such a fun success, and I hope all your Silent Auction dreams come true!

With love,

Kam
