A Message from Dr. Hilton

Dear Bradfield Families,

My heart is so full! Thank you to our incredible PTA and all of the sweet families for making Principal Appreciation Week so special. Every thoughtful note, beautiful plant, delicious treat, and sweet gift meant more to me than you know. You made me feel so loved and appreciated, and I am truly grateful for your kindness and thoughtfulness. Being a principal is such a special privilege, and one of the greatest blessings is being part of a school community that feels like family. I am so grateful for the love, support, and trust you show me and our school every day. I am so thankful for each of you!

Calling all UT and OU fans! šŸ¤˜šŸˆ With the Red River Rivalry happening this weekend, one of our sweet Bradfield families, the Corrigans, brought the excitement to campus by decorating the front of our school in UT colors on Friday! They earned the bragging rights at our auction last spring, and they certainly made the most of them! Even though I’m an Aggie, I have to admit that our students loved arriving at school to see all the festive decorations. What a fun way to kick off the long weekend and celebrate this great Texas tradition!

Before I wrap up, I want to give a special shout-out to our Broncos who competed in the Hyer Chess Tournament last weekend! Our 2nd-grade and 4th-grade chess teams both earned 1st place in their grade levels, and our 3rd-grade team brought home 2nd place! We are so proud of our Broncos and their hard work, strategic thinking, and outstanding accomplishments. Way to go, Broncos! You make us proud!

Please enjoy some of these fun pictures from Broncoland this week, and I will see you all on the front steps on Tuesday.
