Welcome to August of 2026. As we're leaving a time of letting go of deep emotions last month, the universe is catapulting us into Eclipse Season this month, which will be an intense moment of transformation. There will be a New Moon Solar Eclipse on 8/12 and a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on 8/28. We were all called to let go of the old last month to create space for our new chapter to arrive during Eclipse Season.

I've personally been in a liminal space for the last couple of weeks that has felt like a waiting room for my new life. A sacred time of stillness allows us to digest and integrate everything that has happened to prepare us to walk through a new doorway. Cycle Breaking 101

I'm offering a group course this fall, and it will be offered in-person in Downtown Lafayette.

The six-week course will meet on Wednesdays from 5:30-7:00pm running from September 2nd until October 7th.

July Recap

Annual Family River Trip

I had a wonderful time visiting Van Buren, MO again this July with my family. I'm so incredibly grateful for my big family, and I don't know what I'd do without them and their love surrounding me.

We have a float trip every summer, and I'm always reminded of how much I need this time to be surrounded by nature and my loved ones. It's so important for all of us to find time to get away from it all.

I spent a good portion of time on my own during this trip as well to process some heavy emotions. I'm always amazed by the river's ability to help me to release trapped emotions from my body.
