Forest Therapy with Agrestal Gardens

I had such a wonderful time trying out Forest Therapy with my friend Nick Simms, owner of Agrestal Gardens at Prophetstown State Park a couple of weeks ago. This experience helped me to feel grounded, and it opened me up to seeing the forest from a tree's perspective, which was very eye-opening for me.

Nick and I decided that we'd like to host a collaborative event next month at The Celery Bog in West Lafayette, so save the date for Forest Therapy with a Group Soundbath and Guided Meditation on May 17th from 10:30am-12pm
