NOTICE OF CLOSING OF COMMON AREA FACILITIES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
that as of March 4, 2020, Governor Newsom declared a State of Emergency in California, and a National State of Emergency was declared as well, with respect to risks associated with the Coronavirus (“COVID-19”). The Orange County Health Officer issued an Order, effective as of March 18, 2020, and continuing through until 11:59 p.m. March 31, 2020, prohibiting all public and private gatherings of any number of people, subject to certain exceptions that do not include the Association’s Common Area recreational pool facilities. Further, effective March 20, 2020, California Governor Newsom issued an Executive Order also requiring such recreational pool facilities, among other facilities, to close until further notice.
Therefore, pursuant to Civil Code section 4360(d), the Board determined to immediately implement an emergency rule CLOSING the Association’s pool facilities until further notice. Also, the Association’s office facilities are CLOSED to in-person visitors. The office staff remains available during business hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday by calling 949-759-1200 or by email at [email protected].
