You may be pleased to know the Class Action lawsuit is gaining momentum. Depositions of Joe Ueberroth and County Real Estate CEO Thomas Miller were taken by Boater’s attorneys this month. The attorneys discovered significant revelations in those depositions, which will appear in Court filings soon.
Pending now is the Partner’s Motion for Summary Judgement. Stated this is an attempt to short-circuit the lawsuit. While the Class believes the Court should not and cannot grant the Partner’s motion, a complete and detailed Opposition must be prepared and is presently undergoing preparation. Your words matter just as much as the words of other people. The collective voice of the boater community will powerfully affect the changes necessary for the greater pleasure everyone seeks.
