Summer Reading Program

 June 1 - August 8

The Summer Reading Program promotes literacy and a love of lifelong learning in children and teens, as well as, keeping up students’ reading skills over the summer. We also encourage adults to participate so that the whole family can experience all that the library has to offer. Plus, with it being summer, the program can just be good fun and provide an opportunity for family time. Join us this summer as we Unearth a Story with reading, activities and special events.

Our goal as a community is to reach a collective 200,000 minutes read. In order to collect minutes, you need to log your reading time on our online reading tracker Beanstack or on paper logs if you prefer to log your reading that way. Paper logs will be available at the library.
