MBAC 63rd Annual Convention (Asheville)

We have approximately 1,300 CMBs. Of which 800 are active in the Industry.

Nationally through September 2018 we had a total of 12 individuals who obtained their CMB and 120 AMP s have graduated.

For 2019, the current President of the National CMB Society is Brent Green. Madeline Johnson is the CMB Vice Chairman and Seth Sprague is the new CMB Secretary.

For those CMBs interested in giving back, we are in need of instructors and committee participatants. Please contact Amber Lawrence or one of the Society Leaders listed above if you are interested.

For all CMB Candidates, the dates for the 2019 CMB Prep Courses are listed below.

· WINTER: January 11 – February 22, 2019

· SUMMER: May 31 – July 19, 2019

The cost of the course is $350 for MBA members, $1,050 for non-members. This is a six-week Instructor-led Web-based course. This course is only available to individuals who are enrolled in the Residential Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) program and recommended for those candidates who are close to, or have already met, their point requirements and are in the process of finalizing their exam preparation.
