Join us tomorrow, April 14th, for a special guest and a chance to meet our new staff at Coffee and Convos. Gabby Fitzgerald from MyHealth will be returning to Franklin Center to field questions and talk about the upcoming curriculum of Sex Education and Puberty. Stop in our beautiful community room at Franklin Center (around 8:00 am) for coffee, conversation, and breakfast treats (often made by our students in the culinary science class). Classroom Highlight: Minnehaha Falls
By Anita Haas
Minnehaha has been learning about maps and communities. We made our own map following a key and designed buildings for our very own community. After building our community, we then played on our "map" with cars and trucks.

Tuition Management Login Conversion
Dear Franklin Families,
Beginning on March 27th, 2023, logging into Blackbaud Tuition Management will require a Blackbaud ID (BBID) account. This is a more secure login method and will further protect your personal information by providing enhanced password protection for your account. Blackbaud ID also allows you to enhance security with multi-factor authentication through text messages or mobile authenticators.
The first time you log into parent.blackbaud.school on or after March 27th, you'll sign in with your current username and password. A new screen will appear prompting you to choose between two options:
- Create Blackbaud ID: select if you do not have a Blackbaud ID and need to create one.
- Social Sign In: users with Google or Apple ID's can use their existing account information to now access their Tuition Management Account.
- Sign In: select to sign in with your existing Blackbaud ID.
Make your selection and follow the steps on the screen to link your new or existing Blackbaud ID to your Tuition Management account. If you have any further questions, click here.

Paul Gloudemans, Admissions
Prior to the 2022-23 school year concluding in 7 weeks, I would like to say thank you to those families that have made the decision to reenroll their child at Franklin Academy for the 2023-24 school year. We value your trust and commitment to us in continuing to serve your child. For those families whose child is graduating this year, congratulations! We hope our school and organization have helped prepare them for the next chapter in their lives. And for those families who have decided to pursue other school options for your child, we hope your experience with Franklin Center has been a positive one. Please know that we are always open to honest feedback, and would love to hear about your experience.
On that note, we will be sending out our annual parent survey by the end of May. Your feedback is important to us and your candid responses will be greatly appreciated. We will use this information to review our school in our quest for continual improvements for our students and parents. We hope all parents/guardians will share their input with us.
Finally, for those who are reenrolling their child for next school year, a reminder that you will be seeing a $1000 deposit charge in your Blackbaud Tuition Management account for the 2023-24 school year. This $1,000 deposit guarantees your child’s enrollment and will go towards the new yearly tuition.
Have a great Spring!
Paul
