Project I Am Virtual Packing Party
This weekend, Taylor Richardson, AKA Astronaut StarBright, took part in Project I Am's virtual packing party to make blessing bags for those experiencing homelessness.

Over 5000 blessing bags were packed during the virtual packing party and Taylor chose Changing Homelessness as the recipient of her blessing bags. We are so honored and grateful that she used this opportunity to aid in our mission of ending homelessness!

Save the Date: Annual Memorial
Save the date for our community's Annual Memorial Service where we honor those who have passed while experiencing homelessness in 2020.

This virtual memorial will take place on the Winter Solstice, December 21st, at 10:00 AM. We hope you can join us!

The Northeast Florida Continuum of Care began as a grassroots effort with passionate community and religious leaders guiding the way. And we've made substantial progress.

If you care about homelessness and want to be a part of the solution, please join us.

The general membership meets monthly via Zoom. Email us for more information.
