Northeast Florida Continuum of Care Receives Increase in Funding
The Northeast Florida Continuum of Care was awarded additional funding this year. All renewal projects were funded in addition to a domestic violence bonus awarded to Hubbard House. We are excited to see how this additional funding will impact our neighbors, especially those affected by domestic violence.

The Northeast Florida Continuum of Care began as a grassroots effort with passionate community and religious leaders guiding the way. And we've made substantial progress.

If you care about homelessness and want to be a part of the solution, please join us.
