Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program
HUD released the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Notice of Funding Availability on March 14th. Applications are due on May 15th. This is the 3rd and final round of the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program. HUD will award 25 communities (17 urban, 8 rural) with a total of $75 millions in funds.
Service providers, community members, and government officials from Northeast Florida traveled to Atlanta last week for the Built for Zero Spring Learning Session. Sessions are held every 4 to 5 months, providing communities with the opportunity to collaborate and reinvigorate efforts to end homelessness.
State Grant Submitted
The Northeast Florida Continuum of Care submitted their completed grant to the State Office on Homelessness last week. The existing three year grant will expire on June 30th, 2019.

The Northeast Florida Continuum of Care began as a grassroots effort with passionate community and religious leaders guiding the way. And we've made substantial progress.

If you care about homelessness and want to be a part of the solution, please join us.
