Please remember that Brixton requires prior approval from your manager for vacation time. Please forward approval to HR@Brixton.net.


Please provide at least 2 weeks notice for any vacation time.


Extra Time &

Federal Holidays

Remember that any time over 40 hours must be previously approved by a manager. Written approval should be emailed to hr@brixton.net prior to working over 40 hours a week. Similarly, prior written approval from a manager is required to log time on a federal holiday.


Labor Law Updates

Please review the latest labor law updates in Paylocity. Updated posters may affect pay, hours, overtime, leave policies, and safety. Check the labor law posters posted in Paylocity and contact HR with any questions.

Tech Check

This is a quarterly reminder to strictly adhere to Brixton and Client Data Protection policies and procedures. Under no circumstances should client data be downloaded to personal devices without prior written authorization from the project team; such approval must be submitted to Brixton HR for verification. The use of personal equipment is prohibited unless sanctioned through Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). All Brixton and Client-issued equipment must remain within the United States and must be returned promptly upon project completion. For any questions or to request an exception, please contact the Brixton HR team at hr@brixton.net.


Compliance Corner

For Accenture consultants, please remember to access your Accenture account and Workday portal regularly. You must log into your Accenture machine and accounts regularly to maintain compliance. Overdue Workday trainings may result in the loss of EID and removal from the project.


For all other consultants, please be sure you remain up to date on any client/end client trainings.

If you need to make changes to your direct deposit information or access your paystubs, please login to your Paylocity portal - https://access.paylocity.com/. W2s will become available in your Paylocity portal by the end of January.
