Dear Brethren,
As a reminder, The Satanic Convention is being held this weekend at the Boston Convention Center, from Friday April 28th until Sunday April 30th.
Although everyone has the freedom to choose their religious belief, nevertheless, as faithful followers of Christ let’s take a stand against the evil practices that will be conducted over the weekend. (James 4: 7-8)
We can do this in several ways.
1) We can meditate over the scriptures that will be in our daily “Thought for the Day” between Friday and Sunday.
The scriptures will be especially dedicated to exposing the works and ways of the devil.
2) We can fast (Ezra 8: 23) on each of the days the Satanic Convention is in Boston.
There are various ways one can fast. For example, a fast could entail temporarily going without for the whole day something you enjoy; candy, coffee or sweets. Or, you can skip a meal, refrain from watching TV, or stay off social media.
The key is to abstain from something we enjoy and replace it with personal sacrifice and prayer. (Matt. 17: 17-21)
3) We can set aside special times (morning, noon and evening) to specifically pray over renouncing Satan and his evil deeds. (Matt. 13: 36- 40)
As the people of God, we must do our part in exposing Satan and rebuking his evil works, for good will always overpower evil. (Rom. 12:21)
In the name of Jesus,
Bro. Craigwell

Please subscribe or resubscribe to TextAlertz to receive text blasts from the congregation. 5linx now requires a two-step opt-in process to subscribe to receive church text alerts. What this means is that some members who were previously subscribed have stopped receiving text alerts because they opted in using a one-step process. We sent out an email blast containing a list of members who need to resubscribe. To subscribe or to resubscribe, text the keyword CCROXBURY to 855-908-6614, which should generate an automated text instructing you to reply YES to confirm that you want to subscribe. Once you reply YES, you will receive another automated text confirming that you have successfully subscribed. You can also opt in by scanning the QR code below and following the prompts. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we thank you for your continued patience.
