25 years. That's right. We're celebrating our silver anniversary this year. On December 22, 1992 Sam Corey, Jr. started The Brokerage Resource, and in that time we've made it our mission to be a strategic partner to our independent agents and producers. Sam started with a vision and has carried on the tradition of a family-owned insurance business dating back to 1895 when his grandfather, William B. Corey began his career in the insurance industry. Mutual of Omaha now has chat support for your online questions.


Mutual of Omaha is now offering chat service for their technical support team. You'll have the option to chat with live support if you're having login issues or questions about the website or even completing an e-App. Access to this feature is not supported on mobile devices, and you must be on a desktop or laptop. Estimated wait times for the next chat representative will be available, as they are with hold times when contacting support via phone.

Life & Annuity products directly with us.

We are pleased to announce that we are handling ALL Life and Annuity products in-house. Any applications that you once processed through Brokers Alliance will now be handled directly through our office. We have a multitude of A rated carriers and numerous options available to you. 

Audrey Sunner has been handling much of our Life and all of our Long-term Care products, and will now take on all of the Life side of the business, as well as Annuities. She is a wealth of knowledge and can guide you with the best recommendations for your clients. As your BGA, we feel we will provide you with more value by offering all senior health products. We will continue to use our affiliation with Brokers Alliance in situations where they can supplement our existing products and services.

Medicare Advantage dis-enrollment is happening NOW.

The Medicare Advantage Dis-enrollment period is from January 1st - February 14th, 2017. Now is the time to reach out to your Medicare Advantage clients and reassess their needs. If it behooves them to return to traditional Medicare and enroll in a Medicare Supplement plan, you have a month to assist them with this. Mutual of Omaha's Marketing Credits Program. 

You earn credits each month in which you have at least five eligible issued Medicare Supplement new business open enrollment or underwritten applications. Your credits can be spent on activities that help you grow your business or you may redeem them for Mutual of Omaha branded promotional items.

New Redemption Timeline for 2017 credits is as follows: credits earned from January 1st to September 30th must be redeemed by December 15th, 2017. Credits that are earned from October through December 2017 will roll into (and accumulate) 2018 for redemption on December 15, 2018.
