Up next on our tour through WestPac and Virtus are the Brokers of WestPac. This team leads the charge when it comes to construction placements and each delivers unparalleled expertise when producing contractor accounts including:

New general contractors, home builders and developers
Residential and commercial remodel general contractors
Artisan contractors including those performing roofing, excavation/grading, concrete work, siding, framing, interior trade work and more
Environmental contractors
Energy contractors
WRAP and Project Specific programs

This team works exceptionally well for their agents and each other. As you can see, their tremendous team chemistry is also in part because all three of them are passionate mountain bikers!

Jared Boring

Born and raised in Colorado's neighboring state of Nebraska, Jared chased his bride out to Colorado in 2009. He started his insurance career with a commercial carrier working claims and then later, underwriting. He joined WestPac in 2015 and remains focused on writing any and all contractors and developers. Jared enjoys writing WRAP policies as well as residential trades and custom home builders. Jared is a lead WestPac construction broker and believes customer service and responsiveness are the keys to driving business and developing relationships.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys being outdoors and mountain biking. He isn’t so keen on the climbing but is there for the party on the downhills. He is an avid Husker fan but our Colorado team tries not to hold that against him.

Tony Mancuso

Tony recently celebrated his 5 year anniversary at WestPac. He started as a CSR and is now a producing Contractor's General Liability/Excess broker and the lead Broker for Workers’ Compensation risks. Tony came with a business-to-consumer background but needed to learn the specifics of the insurance industry prior to producing. So, he started with WestPac in submission clearance and quote assistance. He's held almost all production/service positions in his 5 years which serves him well in understanding all dynamics of wholesaler production and servicing.

Outside of the office, Tony spends his time playing various sports and enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors on his bike. He is an avid fan of all Colorado sports teams and particularly loves debating Denver Broncos and Denver Nuggets topics with the team. Tony is married to his lovely wife, Angie, and they have two beautiful kids together: their son, Jaxon (5) and their daughter, Amaya (3).

Carlie Genova

Carlie joined the WestPac team in 2016 after spending 15 years on the retail agency side of the industry. She now leads our amazing service team and implements procedures and trainings to insure we are delivering the highest level of service to our agents. One of her many roles, as Service Manager, allows her to view agents’ business needs from all perspectives and is invaluable as she helps our agents solve problems and write new business.

Her career in the industry has afforded her many wonderful opportunities. She values the relationships that she's built over the years and feels fortunate for the opportunity to work alongside so many incredible humans.

In her free time, she enjoys all things Colorado, especially when her furry four-legged companion, Lily, can come along!
