Starting May 3rd, PCA will launch a new feature to enhance the customer experience for all of those needing our help desk assistance. It's called the SmileBack survey. Once a service ticket is closed and the issues are resolved, you will be receiving a quick email survey. The survey is intended to rate your customer service experience in one simple click from a set of faces.

Our hope is that this feature will allow us to up the game in delivering you best in class IT by knowing exactly when to celebrate and when to improve. We value the opinions of our clients and encourage all to use SmileBack!

Matt Rychlik is a Senior Network Engineer and has been working at PCA for over 13 years. He wears many hats from Network Project Team Lead to the Lead Telephony Specialist. He is very passionate about building strong relationships with clients and providing the best customer service.

When not at work, Matt likes spending his time with his family outdoors and especially likes downhill skiing and sledding with his children. Something you may not know about Matt is that he's also a Tenor in the Orchard Park Chorale!
