M&M's Chris Lind says, "We work very closely with a few major hospital networks in NYC. In the past few months we have been helping them get through COVID-19, supplying them with PPE and basically just about anything they were in need of in a timely manner.
During COVID they converted operating rooms to patient areas and had taken the bulbs out of overhead medical fixtures to make the areas more comfortable.
When reverting the ORs back they thought everything was ready to be put back into service...then at 6pm on Friday they discovered these specialty bulbs had been removed.
I got a phone call from them shortly thereafter and told them that somehow, someway I would have the bulbs on site prior to their inspection Monday afternoon.
With the tremendous help of [Bulbrite's] Steve and Mike I was able to get the bulbs and deliver them on site, with minutes to spare. Our customers know that if they have an emergency, our staff is available 24/7 to help them however we can."
