MP Profile
Meet Sarah Williams. She is married to Wade and they have 2 dogs, Sam & Molly. She is in her 12th year of teaching and her 10th year of teaching Math at MP, and she serves as Math Department Chair.  "The best thing about teaching is seeing students develop understanding and realize they CAN do math." In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, playing golf, and walking her dogs. If she could go back in time, she would like to go back to 1984 - to see what the world was like during the year she was born. If she did not have to sleep, she said she would probably still use the extra time to sleep. "I enjoy a good nap." When people come to her for help, they usually need help with math. Her faith and her family have influenced her life the most. She said stress keeps her up at night.
Respect Rally

The Respect Rally sponsored by Best Buddies will be held on  Friday, March 9th. This year Willie Freight Train Raines will lead the assembly. He brings with him DJ Smooth.

We will also conduct our Spread the Word to End the Word campaign in the Commons Area during all 3 lunches on the same day as the rally. Instead of a banner we will create a paper chain with signatures because we want students to LINK UP to End the R Word and spread respect!

Adopt-A-Senior 2018 is a new program sponsored by the Bulldog Blessings.

Senior year is expensive, and we're asking our local organizations, groups and citizens to chip in and adopt some of our seniors who are in need of support. Our goal is that ALL MP Grads experience the full memory of their senior year and don't have to skip out on any activities due to cost.

Attention Seniors
The FAFSA┬« is the application that students must complete to apply for federal student aid, which can be used to attend an eligible college or career school. Federal student aid includes Federal Pell Grants, federal student loans, and work-study opportunities. In addition to determining eligibility for federal student aid, many states, private organizations, colleges, and career schools rely on information from the FAFSA to determine eligibility for nonfederal sources of aid.

ALL students must complete this form regardless of parent income.
