MPHS Announces 
2019 Valedictorian & Salutatorian
Rilyn McKallip, Valedictorian

Rilyn is the daughter of Jill and Rob McKallip. She began attending Monroe County Schools in the 3rd grade after relocating to Georgia.  She founded the first Mu Alpha Theta Mathematics Honor Society and organized free peer-to-peer tutoring. She is the STAR student for Mary Persons earning the highest SAT score for the Class of 2019. She also founded the MPHS  flute choir. She has received a full-ride to the University of Richmond.

Allison White, Salutatorian

Allison is the daughter of Heather and Barry White. She began attending Monroe County schools in Pre-K. She completed a pathway in Horticulture and Forest Science earning multiple region and state awards.  She is also a member of Beta Club, Key Club, Interact Club, Mu Alpha Theta and the Spanish Honor Society. She plans to attend  Georgia Tech in the Fall.
