All of these forms must be filled out for the 2018-2019 school year. 
Please have them completed by August 17, 2019.

You must fill out and sign all three of these forms.

1.  Student & Parent Acceptable Use Policy Acknowledgment Form
Directions:  After reading the Monroe County Schools Acceptable Use Policy , a parent or guardian should click on the following link to complete the acknowledgment form:  Acceptable Use Form
This form must be completed before students are allowed to use the Internet at MPHS.  

2. Bring Your Own Technology Form
All parents who allow their children to bring personal electronic devices to school must complete the following form:  BYOT Form

3. Student and Parent Handbook Receipt Form
Directions:  After reading the  FY19 MPHS Student Handbook , a parent or guardian should click on the following link to complete the acknowledgment form:  Student Handbook Receipt Form

Honors Biology Students 
Study Cellular Reproduction
Mrs. Dews' students share poster projects with the class. 
Students were placed into small groups and assigned one or two of the 24 Biology standards to research and introduce to the class. This group of girls presented on cellular reproduction, including the differences in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell division.Students had to come up with an EQ, 2 labeled pictures, facts, a video, song, and experiment suggestions for the topic.

ACT & SAT Information
Students who are planning to attend a four year college, must take the SAT or ACT and obtain qualifying score.  Mary Persons  is a testing site for BOTH tests. We are able to provide waivers only to juniors or seniors who participate in the free/reduced lunch program. Eligible students can see their counselor or Mrs. Miller to receive fee waivers.

SAT Registration: Go to to register for the SAT. You must have a waiver code or credit/debit card to register. Cost without a waiver is $46.00 (no writing) or $60.00 with writing.

ACT Registration: Go to to register for the ACT. You must have a waiver code or credit/debit card to register. Cost without a waiver is $42.50 (no writing) or $58.50 with writing.
