Can you believe we're already in May? The final countdown to summer has begun, and these last few weeks are packed with exciting activities and celebrations to make this year unforgettable!

We won't beat around the bush here... WE NEED YOU to make these events happen! Most of these activities requires parent volunteers to run smoothly. Whether you can spare an hour to set up chairs, an afternoon to manage a field day activity, or a few hours a month to update the sign board in front of the school, your help is absolutely crucial and most appreciated.

In this newsletter, you'll find details about each upcoming event, specific volunteer needs, and important dates to remember as we wrap up the school year. Let's come together as a community to create an amazing end-of-year experience that our students will carry with them into the Summer!

Playground Update!

We are over the moon with appreciation and excitement that not only did we accomplish our goal (and then some!) of raising the $50,000 for the playground fund, but we also were able to get the Capital Improvement Plan Budget approved at Town Meeting. This approval means that the playground will be moving forward for the FY26-27 school year!

Much of this couldn't have been done without the support

of our Playground Paver Donors.

Your support means so much to us, and we can't wait to commemorate your support in stone!

Thank you to all of our volunteers from Around the World and Teacher Appreciation Week- we couldn't do it without you!

A special shout out to some volunteers for making the past few events extra special...

  • Nupur Yadav (Around the World Coordinator)
  • The Kalogeropoulous Family (for donating the breakfast on Monday morning for our teachers and staff)
  • Jessica Vanderlaan (Teacher Appreciation Coordinator)
  • Claire Wueste (Teacher Appreciation Week Raffle Coordinator)

Thank for you being a key part of our Sanborn Village!
