THE BULLETIN
We deliver social, emotional, mental and health services to students, parents & educators to promote wellness in the academic and professional setting.
Hello & Happy June - which means summer is officially here for many of us!

This season is a time for many educators to catch their breath, spend time connecting with family and friends, take a vacation, and catch up on some much needed R&R. All too often, however, our vision for a relaxing summer goes out the window a few weeks in. You may find yourself overbooked and exhausted with little time to spend on the self-care you planned on getting around to.

As this season gets into full swing, we wanted to provide our top 4 tips for how to ensure that self-care actually is a part of your summer:

  1. Don’t be afraid to say no to plans! Setting boundaries around your time and energy is essential for preventing burnout.
  2. Get outside and move your body. Take advantage of the warm weather and move in whatever ways feel safe and healthful for your body. Movement helps both your mind and body to let go of stress!
  3. Practice daily gratitude. It’s easy to lose sight of all the good things in our lives when we’re busy.
  4. Turn off your phone. This tip has a dual purpose: avoiding screen time an hour or two before bedtime is so helpful in resetting your circadian rhythm. Plus, waking up when your body is done resting in the morning, rather than to an alarm (and avoiding looking at the screen first thing in the AM) has so many benefits to your mood, productivity and overall wellness.

Use this guide & take 5 minutes each morning to note what you’re grateful for and set a mantra for the day ahead. Set yourself up for a fulfilling summer by taking care of yourself – you deserve it!
Simply Bee Campus Catalog - What's New in Fall 2022
In the midst of all the logistics school administrators have to coordinate, we want to make scheduling your PD dates and topics easy!

This catalog shares our mission, along with information regarding all of our Training & Development Departments: Social Emotional Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Mental Performance for Athletes. Our goal is to be whole-person focused and to support the mental wellness of students, parents and educators.

Specifically, we recognize the positive ripple effect that educator's personal and professional development can have in the community. Through the use of our 5-step Growth & Resiliency Model©, we provide the necessary skills to support emotional growth both inside and outside of the classroom, even during challenging or uncertain times.

Thank you for the important work that you do with our children each and every day! We look forward to walking alongside of you in the journey towards supporting the mental health and well-being of those in our community.
If you are interested in learning more, or booking one of our experts to speak at a
