Letter from the Editors

Greetings!

As we prepare to usher in November, we at Burgeon Legal turn our thoughts to the year’s end – looking back at everything we’ve accomplished in 2018 and ahead toward how we can continue to improve our services in 2019. At BLG we believe that innovation starts with approaching issues with a fresh perspective. Our attorneys understand the struggles that you face, and we strive to tackle your problems with creativity and an open mind – looking at the case from every angle and leaving no stone unturned.

It is with this perspective in mind that we have been busy finalizing our 2019 Webinar Series. As part of that series, we are excited to introduce   Through the Eyes of an Industry Insider    free webinars specifically designed to explore issues and solutions from the perspective of someone who knows what it’s like to be on the ground, making decisions on a daily basis that impact the provider’s business and residents.  Our 2019 Webinar Series will also offer a  Round Table Discussion  to address your questions directly.

Stay-tuned to find out more and see a full schedule of our  2019 Best Practices Webinar Series   in next month’s newsletter.

Until then, enjoy Fall!

BLG Named a 2018 Law Firm 500 Honoree
Over the past 6-years, our team at Burgeon Legal has demonstrated a commitment to providing excellent customer service, which has resulted in a fabulous journey of growth for Burgeon Legal.

We are pleased to announce that, for the second consecutive year, Burgeon Legal has been named a 2018 Law Firm 500 Honoree as one of the Fastest Growing Law Firms in the US.   We are ranked 63 on the 2018 Law Firm 500 and have grown 215 percent in 2017 alone!   We know this growth would not have been possible without the dedicated commitment to client service exhibited by our team daily, the continued cases referrals that our clients entrust to us, and the word-of-mouth recommendations shared by our employees, our client, and others in the industry.

As you likely know, Burgeon Legal started as a simple concept: a law firm that recognizes its clients as individuals with unique challenges, goals, and the potential for great growth. “Burgeon” means “to grow or expand, increase rapidly, or flourish.” It’s what our founding partners Kelly and Betsy wanted for themselves – to expand their work and their families, and to flourish, not just at work, but in life. It’s also what they wanted for their clients – health care providers – to grow their clients’ bottom lines and, in doing so, to help their clients’ business’ flourish.

This award is important to us because Burgeon Legal is about growth. Growth is not a strategy; it’s a result. It’s a result of all that we put into everything we do each day. It’s what we’re about: growth, change, and betterment.
