Ken Pokalsky is responsible for management of The Business Council's government affairs staff and the Council's overall legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts on economic development, climate, energy, and taxation issues.

He will present on key legislative and regulatory issues facing New York employers, and the opportunities and challenges they might pose for the North Country.

The Business Council represents the interests of large and small firms throughout the state. Their membership is made up of more than 3,000 member companies, local chambers of commerce and professional and trade associations, who together employ more than 1.2 million New Yorkers.
