Ask the Experts

I've been trying to figure out how to best end an interview with
" I want the job and you should hire me" without coming off  arrogant or desperate.  What do you suggest? - Bill

Great question!  It is important to emphasize why hiring you will benefit them.  Emphasize your skills, industry knowledge and why you are excited to work for them.  Be prepared to recap your achievements with confidence. A great way to end an interview is to say " I've enjoyed meeting everyone and I feel this would be a great fit for me. Is there anything in my background that concerns you about my fit for the role?"
If there are concerns, clarify and answer their questions.   If not, then ask...."What are the next steps, I'm very interested and excited."

Thank you for the question -  Pati
