Welcome Back! We had a great first day of school yesterday!

Here is what's Buzzing:

Mass this Thursday. Boys, remember your ties! We no longer have a tie rental program. Ties can be purchased at the Campus Store or Zoghby's.

Class T-Shirt Orders: We will be taking class t-shirt orders Thursday, August 15 in homeroom. The cost is $15 and we will only accept cash and exact change!

Meet the Teacher We have several new faculty members, and we hope you will join us Thursday, August 15th at 6:00 p.m. for our annual "Meet the Teacher" night. We will meet briefly in the gym, then you will follow your student's schedule. You will have an opportunity to meet the teachers and learn more about what to expect this semester. This is also the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary which is a Holy Day of Obligation. Students will attend mass during the school day. St. Mary's offers a 5:30 p.m. mass. You are invited to attend mass at St. Mary's then walk next door to the gym.

Parking Decals: Our parking decal program, Rydin Decal, has a new system that is having issues. They are aware of the problems and are working with us to solve these glitches. Please be patient as we work through this issue. If you are unable to create an account and log in, have your student stop by Coach Repoll's office to notify him of any problems.

Lexington Lunch Account - A message from Mike Gayles, Lexington Food Service Director: Freshmen have been registered and fingerprinted to start their lunch account. Each student has a zero balance with a starting $25.00 limit before payments are needed to continue purchasing items from the cafeteria. Time will be given the first week of activity for you and your student to set up accounts for payment. Please see MY SCHOOL ACCOUNT information. Payments can be made online after you receive the verification code, which is given by Mike Gayles through a phone call (251) 445-2915 or email cafeteria@mcgill-toolen.org. Payments can also be made in the cafeteria office daily 7am-2pm Monday through Friday by cash or check only. 

Attention Juniors! PSAT Prep Class deadline extended: Click here to register for the PSAT/NMSQT Preparation Program. Class dates are August 24 (Reading), September 14 (Writing), September 21 (Math), October 5 (Reading, Writing, and Math). Lise Knott will be the Reading and Writing instructor and Allyson Krause will be the Math instructor. The final date to register is Friday, August 16, 2024.
