Gift Card Collection for the Florida United Methodist Children's Home - Last Sunday to Donate!
This weekend is the final Sunday we are collecting gift cards for the Florida United Methodist Children’s Home. The gift cards are given to the children as gifts, and the children are also able to use the gift cards to buy gifts for other children in the Home. Gift Cards in the amounts of $10, $20, $25 or $50 to major chain stores and restaurants are recommended. Some great examples are Walmart, Gamestop, Kohl’s, Famous Footwear, Chick-fil-A, and McDonald’s. Gift cards may be turned in at the Missions Table in the Gathering Space or placed in the offering baskets during services.
Campfire Christmas - This Sunday!
Join us Sunday at 4:00 pm for Hanging of the Greens in the Sanctuary, followed by dinner in Wesley Hall.

Payment also includes voting in our Annual Chili Cook-off!
Please Share Your Family's Nativity
Immediately following our Christmas Concerts on December 7 and 8, we invite you to enjoy fellowship and desserts, surrounded by a beautiful display of different Nativity scenes.
If you would like to display your nativity set, drop it off at the church office by December 6. Make sure your name and phone number is on the set. You can pick up the display after the Christmas concert or leave it with us during the entire Christmas season until December 27.
Christmas Cookies and Bite-size Dessert Donations
We need volunteers to provide cookies and desserts for our receptions after the Christmas concert. Any amount of cookies and bite-size desserts is appreciated. Please email or text Tom (407-758-8614) if you plan to participate.

The Friendship Circle
The Friendship Circle appreciates the church for supporting Hubbard House through the purchase of "Kickin Pickles" and the donation of toiletries through the years. We particularly need unopened travel size lotions at this time. Please place the lotions in the bin located in the gathering space. Thank you for your help.
Angel Tree
Bless the child of an incarcerated parent this Christmas season by participating in the Angel Tree. This ministry allows us to partner with Prison Fellowship Ministries to purchase gifts for those in need. Sign-up to select an angel from our tree in The Gathering Space. Wrapped gifts can be brought to services up until December 15.
Save the Date: The annual Branches mission trip will take place January 16 through 20 in South Florida. For more information, contact Gabrielle Bellamy at or call 904-268-5549 x142.
Altar Flowers
Please consider donating altar flowers to honor a loved one. The 2020 Altar Flower Calendar is now available in the Altar Flower Book located in the Narthex.

Flower arrangements are $55.00 each and may be dedicated in memory of or in celebration of anniversaries, birthdays or other special occasions.

Occasionally, payments are not designated for the flowers or not received by the church office prior to the reservation date. Beginning this week, we will call or send you an email to remind you about the payment. Unless you notify us, flowers must be picked up by the end of Sunday. Flowers that are not picked up are donated to a nearby nursing home or rehabilitation center.

If you would like to sponsor an arrangement on any of the above listed dates, please call the church office.
