Barnhill's Values DEFINE us and employees are living those values every day. What better way to recognize those "walking the walk" than this new program! Employees are selected as award recipients by an evaluation of submissions from other employees. All are encouraged to nominate any employee they witness truly living our values as defined in their definitions below.
A recipient for each value will be selected and awarded with a certificate and visit from the committee on a quarterly basis. The top 5 recipients at the end of the year will also receive a Voice of our Values emblem to proudly wear on their hard hat or anywhere else that showcases their representation of living that Barnhill value.
Large posters for job sites and offices, clings for bathroom mirrors, stickers for hard hats or ipads, post cards to pass out, and further digital information will be distributed throughout the next few weeks as we roll this program out. These materials will be a constant reminder of our values and will include a QR code to scan with any smart device, allowing you to nominate an employee on the spot.
We are beyond thrilled to launch this program and begin to truly see our values in action!
