C&W NEWS UPDATES

July Town Hall Meeting:

The July Town Hall meeting started with some more Covid-19 information. The Biden administration is considering scaling down the paid sick leave program, however, nothing has been approved yet. As the company continues to slowly migrate back to an in-office environment, facemasks are not required but they are encouraged. Shamaria also reminded employees to review and approve their timecards before the pay period ends, as well as not to work off the clock. The 401k quarterly enrollment is also currently happening. Shamaria concluded the meeting reminding everyone that referral bonuses are still ongoing and more information about the program will be emailed to everyone.

Joe Batie reviewed our Q2 performance. There were 59 new clients, achieving 35% of the quarterly attainment goal. Our year-to-date sales totaled $463 million, reaching 103% of our goal. Our Q3 goals are $223.7 million in sales, 67 new clients and $7 million in revenue.
Mark Milstein also thanked all the employees for their continued flexibility working from home and stated that “communication is key” to keep everyone informed about what is going on. He also noted that a new company is coming on board to help with the frontline help desk in order to get basic needs handled more quickly. Mark concluded by asking employees to work with their managers and be open to changes and new tools.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The Office365 migration has finally concluded as of July. The SharePoint application is also being tested for company use. The company is also preparing to move all of our servers into the cloud.

SALES

The Sales Team is in full swing helping our consumer clients comply with the new CFPB Regulation F rules. There have also been enhancements to our Letter Writing Program and C&W Connect data storage to comply with new consumer personal information protection rules. These continued compliance improvements protect both Caine & Weiner and our clients!
