July Town Hall Meeting:
The July Town Hall meeting started with some more Covid-19 information. The Biden administration is considering scaling down the paid sick leave program, however, nothing has been approved yet. As the company continues to slowly migrate back to an in-office environment, facemasks are not required but they are encouraged. Shamaria also reminded employees to review and approve their timecards before the pay period ends, as well as not to work off the clock. The 401k quarterly enrollment is also currently happening. Shamaria concluded the meeting reminding everyone that referral bonuses are still ongoing and more information about the program will be emailed to everyone.

Joe Batie reviewed our Q2 performance. There were 59 new clients, achieving 35% of the quarterly attainment goal. Our year-to-date sales totaled $463 million, reaching 103% of our goal. Our Q3 goals are $223.7 million in sales, 67 new clients and $7 million in revenue.

Mark Milstein also thanked all the employees for their continued flexibility working from home and stated that “communication is key” to keep everyone informed about what is going on. He also noted that a new company is coming on board to help with the frontline help desk in order to get basic needs handled more quickly. Mark concluded by asking employees to work with their managers and be open to changes and new tools.

The Office365 migration has finally concluded as of July. The SharePoint application is also being tested for company use. The company is also preparing to move all of our servers into the cloud.
| |
The Sales Team is in full swing helping our consumer clients comply with the new CFPB Regulation F rules. There have also been enhancements to our Letter Writing Program and C&W Connect data storage to comply with new consumer personal information protection rules. These continued compliance improvements protect both Caine & Weiner and our clients! | |

Effective October 1, 2022, we will no longer require employees to complete the daily Safescreen health screening questionnaire. However, be advised you are still required to adhere to the CDC guidelines regarding isolation and quarantine in the workplace if you are ill and or diagnosed with Covid-19 as reflected below. If you are sick, stay home and do not report to work. You will need to maintain communication with your manager and if you have Covid-19 related symptoms, contact HR.

Sara Parsi has been recently promoted to the position of National Training Coordinator. She will be involved with travel to other offices, continuing and expanding our remote onboarding programs, as well as the development of new training materials to be used in ongoing training/development for agents/employees across the company. Sara started out working on LA times, then working mid-balance retail, and later doing most of the new hire training. During the transition to WFH, Sara played an integral part in both coordination and agent assistance. Sara also designed the current training platform for onboarding new hires both in person and remotely. To add to her impressive list of accomplishments, Sara recently graduated from Cal State Northridge with a BS in Business Management.
