During 2020’s summer of social unrest, corporate executives made promises for change. With support from AutoZone, the Museum responded with its Corporate Equity Center’s signature program, The C-Suite Initiative, which is:
- a discussion among expert consultants, a participant, and a museum historian;
- next-level, immersive training for change toward inclusive workplace culture and corporate equity;
- built around eliminating racial bias; and
- a data-driven tool to increase the representation of Black C-Suite executives across industries.
