Civil Rights Pilgrimage

You're invited to take part in a American Civil Rights Pilgrimage (also called the 2020 Civil Rights Tour for Education and Social Change) is being sponsored by Christ Church Cathedral will be held from May 5 to May 13, 2020. The Pilgrimage will visit Civil Rights Museum and Memorials, like the 16th Street Baptist Church, the Edmund Pettus Bridge and the National Civil Rights Museum

The Pilgrimage is being led by Dianne Ebbs, the President of the Union of Black Episcopalians, and the Very Reverand Gail Greenwell, the Dean of Christ Church Cathedral.

This is an excellent opportunity to listen and learn about the Civil Rights movement, and prayerfully consider its affects today.

The Deadline to register is February 15th. The Cost is $2,995 , but scholarships are available. For more information, Click Here

Carnegie Preview Concert

The Carnegie Hall Preview concert will take place on
Sunday, February 23 at 7 PM.

This a chance to hear our singers before they head to New York City in March to perform Howard Helvey's composed works at Carnegie Hall.

The Carnegie Concert is in New York, on Sunday, 15th, 2020. Tickets for the New York Concert are available here

There are posters available on the stage in Hannaford Hall. If would like to help us spread the word about this amazing event, please take some of these posters to share.

Calvary is looking for a new Habitat for Humanity representative as part of the Hope Coalition. If you enjoy helping others and are intrested in becoming our new corrdinator please email Troy Romantini and learn some more about this opportunity! No construction experience is needed, just enthusiasm.
