Sixth Sunday of Easter
Voting Closes Sunday for Parish Council Election
Voting for the Parish Council closes Sunday. The Parish Council serves in an executive capacity to advise the pastor regarding the spiritual, social, and educational life of the parish. The Council, together with the pastor, also approves the annual parish budget. Congratulations to the nominees! You can read about them and cast your vote for up to 3 candidates online.
Weekend Announcements
Did you know that we have begun reusing our liturgy sheets at weekend Masses? Please help us get ready for the next attendees by returning your liturgy sheet to the place where you picked it up. If it's not in great shape and needs to be thrown away, please help us by disposing of it in a trash receptacle. Thanks for helping us leave the church better than we found it!

On Wednesday, May 25th, we're taking a Downtown Day Trip! Meet at CK at 11:30 before lunch at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill, followed by a 1:45pm cruise on the Oklahoma River. Please call Pam at (405) 842-1483 to reserve a spot.

Tuesday, May 31st, is our day at the Regional Food Bank. Let Pam know ([email protected]g) by Friday, May 27th if you'd like to join us.

Beginning June 1, our Grief Support group will meet on Wednesdays from 1:30-3pm to offer help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member or friend. Let Pam know if we can expect you.

After a two-year postponement because of the pandemic, we're finally going to see the historic passion play in Oberammergau, Germany! We'll also be going to Switzerland and Austria. Dates are September 24th through October 3rd. For more information and pricing, please contact Pam.
Traveling Icon of St. Joseph Comes to Christ the King
A traveling icon of St. Joseph, sponsored by the Knights of Columbus, will be stationed at our church May 25th to June 5th. We will be venerating it on Friday, May 27th after the 7am Mass.

This icon is part of the Pilgrim Icon Program. Every few years, the Knights of Columbus selects an icon of a saint whose patronage is particularly inspiring to Knights and their communities. You can download the resource booklet here.
Six Flags Altar Server Trip

Help Feed our Totus Tuus Missionaries
Four (4) Totus Tuus missionaries will be here June 25 through July 1. They will be engaging with students in a five-day catechetical program filled with faith, fun, friendship, messy games and crazy skits. The college-age teachers will provide an authentic witness to the students and help them learn about their faith in an interactive way.

We're asking parish families to provide lunch and/or dinner for them while they are here. We have several options to make it easy for you:

  • Invite them over or take them out!
  • Drop off a meal!
  • Make a donation!

Thank you for supporting these missionaries as they work with our young people!
Reserving Space at the Church
Do you need to request a room or space at the church? If so, please consider what you'll need before you call Pam to reserve your spot. This might include:

  • number of people attending
  • seating arrangement, including number of tables and/or chairs
  • A/V needs (microphone? projector? music?)
  • will you need a podium?

We want to ensure you have what you need for your event so the more details you have, the better! When you're ready, call Pam at (405) 842-1483.
