The COVID public health emergency (PHE) is ending on May 11, 2023!

President Biden announced that the current PHE that has been in place for over 2 ½ years will officially end on May 11^th of this year. However, this does not mean that all telehealth flexibilities end on this date. Under the congressional spending package enacted last December, certain flexibilities will extend until December 31, 2024.
